This is one we grabbed from a local toy store while on vacation in New Hampshire last year. I usually try to go for 1,000+ ones, but my wife grabbed this one. White Mountain Puzzle was created and is based in New Hampshire. We have a visit to their physical store in Jackson, NH on the list for our next trip up there.
This only took ~5 hours. The pieces are bigger with a ton of variation in the shapes. So much variation that if you had them grouped by the colors and patterns, it was really easy to find their home. It’s probably a good one for building with kids who want a higher piece count.

Big fellows like this one are a common sight on our roadways here in New Hampshire. It’s wise to be on the lookout for them when driving, especially at dawn or dusk, as a car is usually on the losing end in an encounter with a moose. This guy is keeping a sharp eye on us and might be thinking he’s camouflaged by the birches and the colorful autumn leaves!
